Client Eligibility

Most of our services are for people living within our catchment area – Perth’s northern corridor – in the Cities of Stirling, Wanneroo, Joondalup, Bayswater, Subiaco and part of Cities of Perth, Vincent and Cambridge. There are exceptions (such as our Older People’s Rights Service which covers the full metropolitan area and has statewide reach), so if you are unsure, please feel free to contact us.

We provide support in certain areas of law. If we are unable to assist you, we will refer you to another service who can help.

As our service is funded to help those most in need, when you contact us we will ask you questions about your employment status and income level. If you are unsure if you would be eligible, please feel free to contact us to find out more.

If you request ongoing assistance and we are unable to provide it, we aim to provide you with a referral to another service who can help you.
