About our Fees:

  • We charge a fixed $30 appointment scheduling fee for all appointments. This fee should be paid once your appointment is confirmed and you will be provided with payments instructions.
  • We do not charge additional fees for legal advice.
  • If you have an onsite appointment you are able to pay same day just before your appointment.
  • If we prepare documents for you, a document preparation fee is payable. These vary from $20 to $100 and are reduced where a valid concession card is presented.
  • We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and also EFT and cash for on-site payments.
  • You are free to contact us if you would like to discuss fee options for you and your situation.
