Shuttle Conferencing

We provide support to shuttle conferencing that operates out of Joondalup Magistrate’s court and is based largely on the way the Restraining Order and Respondents (ROAR) program works, but with registrar facilitation.

Advice for restrained persons supports the victim by minimising the risk of potential breaches, and preventing meritless court application proceedings, with potential savings to the justice system. The preventative value of early legal advice and Court assistance to a restrained person is immeasurable and is essential in limiting further trauma to the victim.
